There continues to be no better “sales office” than one situated on a premier golf course or in a private Country Club setting!  Members come to appreciate Pleasant Valley’s first-class facilities, when entertaining business associates, important guests and family – newly renovated locker rooms with full-size wooden lockers; New England’s most recognized and challenging championship golf course; an attentive and professional staff; private meeting rooms; and, a relaxing Members-oriented Clubhouse and restaurant.

As few as two (2) Members or as many as twenty (20), Pleasant Valley embraces Corporate Memberships with discounted dues and a set initiation fee that does not increase when new Members are added:

• Corporate Memberships start with as few as two (2) Members, but can be as large as desired

• One-time, set Initiation Fee of $25,000 for initial (2) Members; (10% discount if paid upfront). No further Initiation Fee for additional Members, resulting in large savings!

• Discounted Annual Dues of $13,500 for initial (2) members. Each additional Member, $6,500 dues only

• Employment verification, through the business, is needed to be a Corporate Member

• All Corporate Members receive full membership privileges, charge privileges in the restaurant and Pro Shop, private locker room allowances and a generous guest policy

• Family Add-ons for only $1,000. Families include spouse and all children still in school

• An annual food assessment ($1,100/season/Member) keep costs low

• No unexpected assessments or unannounced operational fees!

• Members within the membership can change each season, as the Company’s needs change

• Membership is the perfect benefit for a new partner, top salesman or promotion recipient!
