Under–36 Membership

Pleasant Valley welcomes young professionals, families and children

Promoting a family environment and helping young golfers hone their games are important qualities of Pleasant Valley. Equally important is understanding the financial concerns of these prospective Members, often in their 20’s and 30’s.  That is what makes this Membership particularly attractive!

The Under-36 Membership allows for half annual (individual) dues until age 36 (calculated as of April 1st of each season) AND allows for low, structured payments of any initiation fee, through the season when the Member turns 36. Half dues are currently $3,500:

•U-36 Membership requires little or no upfront money to join!

•U-36 Annual Dues can be charged to one’s Member Account and paid down throughout the course of the season. Again, little money required upfront!

•Great savings on Initiation Fees are available.   The normal fee is $15,000 and can be structured, delayed or spread out until one's 36th birthday.   OR, take advantage of the $8,500 Initiation Fee, spread out over three payments.  Want more?  How about $6,000 paid upfront !

•All Members receive full membership privileges, charge privileges in the restaurant and Pro Shop, private locker room allowances and a generous guest policy

•Family Add-ons for only $1,000. Families include spouse and all children still in school

•An annual food assessment ($1,100/season) keeps costs low!

•No unexpected assessments or unannounced operational fees!

•Following the U-36 Membership, Members will easily convert to an Individual, Family or Social Membership, for annual dues only!  Conversion to a Corporate Membership not included

•Pleasant Valley offers a child-safe pool, junior golf programs and numerous social and Holiday events
